With the help of a customized SolidLock, you can flexibly position screens and easily reposition them as needed – or securely fix surgical instruments in place.
Our steppers are designed for use with endo-rectal ultrasound transducers – and, with adapted probe receptacles, they effortlessly open up new possibilities in other areas of examination. With a few adjustments, our stepper can also move other objects, such as catheters.

We will assist you with our technical knowledge. This assures you that your project will be thoughtfully designed, specifically customized to your needs, and executed correctly. The project will subsequently be executed internally with your input and our quality management team to guarantee it adheres to the highest standards of quality.
We produce the initial prototypes on-site to enable quick modifications. Prototypes that are professionally manufactured are utilized for quality assurance. When the project is prepared for production, we forward it to our established regional suppliers for manufacturing.
Together with our established German suppliers, we ensure that you receive a product of the highest quality. We take care of the certification of the new product. If you are interested, we will register you as the legal manufacturer and thus hand over the new product completely to you. In addition, you can arrange a spare parts service with us.

Contract development for support and positioning systems
We specialize in the development of mechanical positioning and holding systems, as well as the adaptation of our components. Upon request, we can develop a solution tailored to your application based on our product portfolio. Our contract projects include an electrified version of our step generators. Another project involves the positioning of a minimally invasive insertion system for implants on the heart valve.
As with all our projects, we focus on functional safety, clinical requirements, and ease of use for the user in the development of our orders.
Interfaces adaptable for your system
Our holding and positioning systems have multiple interfaces that we can customize to your needs. These include not only the probe receptacles of our steppers, but also the handles and working lengths of our SolidLock mechanical articulated arm.
Other products can also be customized to your requirements: Do you need the precision of our PeriGrid guiding grids for a different area of application? We can adapt the feet of the grids and our template holder accordingly. Simply contact us, and we will discuss the feasibility of your idea together.
